At MINOX Boutique Oxford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase; if not, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our Oxford boutique team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
